Congratulations to girls players from the MIC – Asiah Baxter (Warren Central), Kate Clarke, (Carmel), Tanyuel Welch (North Central), Jayla Smith (Lawrence North) and Meg Newman (North Central) for being named a Top 5 player in the MIC Conference, one of the toughest conferences in the Midwest. Jayla Smith, the favorite for Miss Basketball, was named MIC Player Of The Year.
