Prep Ball Stars high school combine allowed the stars to shine, and they also measured up.  `100% Hoops trainer Chris Thomas ran players through drills and D1 Training did all the measurements.  The players were also treated to sounds by Kenny Kixx from Hot 96.3.

The top camp performer was Lawrence North forward DJ Hughes, who measured out to a 6’9″ wing span to go with his 6’6″ 1/2 height.  Other notable players in attendance were: Lawrence Central PG Nijel Pack, SF D’Andre Davis and SF D’Ante Davis, Attucks PG Sincere McMahon, Wasatach Academy PG Mike Saunders, Jr. Lawrence North wing CJ Gunn and Avon win Jayden Brewer.

Notable times were Israel Barnett with a vertical time of 35.5 and Saunders, Jr. with an NBA agility time of 10.5.  Hughes (as mentioned) had the longest wing span at 6’9″, along with Illinois big man Samuel Bradburry.

The next combine will be held in Chicago September 8th at the Southland Center.
