The Mission
The mission of Prep Ball Stars is to highlight and promote student-athletes and provide a platform for the stars of tomorrow TODAY.
We also provide a great avenue for future media leaders to write, interview and film the stars of tomorrow. The talent featured by Prep Ball Stars will mostly be covered by talented students looking to break into the media field with the goal of helping both student-athletes and future media leaders achieve a free college education.
Sports Ventures International founder Anthony Leach hails from Indianapolis, Indiana and graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Public Affairs Management. He has enjoyed a decorated senior sales career with stints at top companies such as Pepsi, Diageo, The NutraSweet Company, Nabisco and in the medical industry. He now works in the biotech space as an Area Manager for CSL Behring managing hospitals and specialty physicians in Akron and Toledo, Ohio.
Leach developed Sports Ventures International first as Prep Hoop Stars in 2011 and expanded the reach to Prep Ball Stars in 2017 to encompass all sports. The company produces Prep Ball Stars Midwest Challenge and Prep Ball Stars Combine Series.

Grant Leach, Indiana University East, 2018
Grant began his post graduate college basketball career at the Air Force Academy Prep School in Colorado Springs, CO. He then played D1 for University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he was a part time starter as a freshman and Academic All Conference for two years. He wrapped up his playing and academic career at Indiana University East and helped lead them to the NAIA #1 ranking and the Final Four in the national tournament in 2018.
Grant is VP of Operations for Sports Ventures International and also works in Commercial Banking at Fifth Third Bank.

Xavier White, Broad Ripple 2018, Broadcaster 2017
Xavier worked as a Correspondent for the 2017-18 season. He received a full ride communications scholarship from Howard University, where he is set to graduate in 2021.
Autumn Jones, University of Kentucky 2020, Broadcaster 2017
Autumn started working with Prep Ball Stars in summer of 2017 as a Correspondent and parlayed that work into roles at UK serving in the same capacity for both football and basketball games. She recently also worked on the Indiana Pacers broadcast.
CJ Armstrong, Pike HS 2020, Broadcaster 2018
CJ has worked with Prep Ball Stars as a Correspondent since 2017 and is active interviewing players for the company. He is interested in Communications as a major in college.
Robbie Blackwell, Class of 2027, Sports Correspondent 2018
Robbie is super talented and, in addition to working with Prep Ball Stars as a Correspondent, he also is a model.
Dominique Newland, Indiana University 2019, Broadcaster 2018
Newland worked with Prep Ball Stars during Midwest Challenge in 2018 interviewing top players, including Kevin Easley, Jr. (TCU) and Xavier Pinson (Missouri). She now works at NBC as Morning Anchor in Arizona.
Bailey Jackson, Indiana University 2022, Prep Ball Stars 2019-Present
Bailey came to us as an intern through Dominique and worked at events in the summer and fall of 2019. She quickly was able to obtain a position working for the Big Ten Student Network. She will graduate from Indiana University in 2022.
